Karate Camp Activities:
Short morning walk/runs daily, flexibility training, nunchakus training, tai chi, wood breaking, Martial Arts Games (dodge ball, “Simon Says,” ropes, balance beam), One full Hour Tae Kwon Do each Day, Arts and Crafts of Asia, Tai Chi, Yoga exercise; Team Development; After Lunch Quiet time, including, but not limited to Martial Arts Book Reading, Crafts, Movies; Health and Safety lessons, Awards and Awards Ceremony, Field Trips Every Wednesday or Thursday.
Fees include Pizza Lunch every Thursday! Daily Snacks and beverages provided.
