UBC: We will cover all of the UBC components: Flexibility, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular Workouts, and "Nutrition," with an emphasis on one component per day.

Where's the HEEF?
HEEF: We will cover all components of fitness: Flexibility, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular Fitness, and Body Fat. We will include a "Positive-Thinking-Nutrition Education," component. We will emphasize one component per day. A Health Risk Appraisal, Fitness Screen (3-minute step test, and assessments muscle strength, endurance and flexibility), and Body Fat Analysis will be available.
1. We believe in folks having choices. Now you have two choices: UBC or HEEF.
HEEF includes what most experts believe are five component of fitness. In HEEF's nutrition education program, created collaborative with a Registered Dietician in 1999, foods are not reduced to groups called "Good" and "Bad."
